Our platform processes audio data on behalf of enterprise clients acting as data controllers. The following commitments apply:

  • Audio is processed in-memory and never stored to disk after the structuring operation is complete.
  • Structured output (JSON/XML/CSV) is retained only as agreed in the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
  • All audio transmission is encrypted using TLS 1.3; processed output uses AES-256 at rest.
  • BLUMERA acts as a data processor in respect of client audio data; clients remain the data controller.
  • We do not use client audio data to train or improve our models without explicit written consent.

Depending on circumstances, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances.
